Raw Materials Description
In the production of this company’s products, the finest and highest-quality European brown and white Kraft sack paper, made from long-fibered coniferous trees, is used. The paper used ranges from 70 to 120 grams per square meter. If needed, to prevent moisture penetration into the bags, foil, nylon, or laminated paper layers can be used in their construction. The Kraft sack paper is made from recyclable materials, making the bags environmentally friendly while also providing high physical and mechanical strength. Raw Materials Description

These types of pouches are easily filled using simple equipment and are suitable for powdered, granular, cereal products, industrial products like adhesives, as well as agricultural seeds and animal feed. The top of the pouch is sewn shut after filling
Valve Bags (Sealed on Both Ends)
In these types of bags, a spout or valve is used for filling the final product into the bag. After the bag is filled, the entry path is automatically sealed without the need for stitching, preventing any powder from spilling out. These valve bags are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, cement, gypsum, construction powders, and chemicals.

Packaging
The company's products are initially placed on wooden pallets, with quantities ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 units (depending on pouch size). The moisture of the pouches is then checked, and they are packaged using the latest technology (hood stretch) before being dispatched to customers This type of packaging is designed to provide greater stability for the arrangement of products on the pallet, prevent damage, vibration, and exposure to water and contaminants.
